What if my Club Sobeys MasterCard is lost or stolen?
A:
Simply call us immediately at 1-866-922-3751 and we will replace one (or all) of your lost or stolen cards quickly - in an emergency, usually within 48 hours.

What do I do if I move addresses, change my name or any other information that I supplied on my enrolment form?
A:
You can update your personal information online at Account Online, or call us at 1-866-922-3751.

What happens to my points if I return something I bought using my Club Sobeys MasterCard?
A:
At the end of each billing period, any points issued for a purchase that was subsequently returned will be debited from your account, and the remaining points earned, if any, during that billing period are transferred into your Club Sobeys account.

Do I earn points on all my transactions?
A:
You can earn points on most purchases (net of purchase returns) with your Club Sobeys MasterCard. You may also bonus points from promotional offers.

You do not earn points on cash advances (including Citi MasterCheques** and balance transfers), interest charges, service fees and other charges.

When will my Club Sobeys MasterCard transaction points appear on my Club Sobeys Account?
A:
Club Sobeys Points earned using your Club Sobeys MasterCard will be posted to your Club Sobeys Account once a month depending upon your Club Sobeys MasterCard statement date.

How can I combine my points?
A:
Any points earned by supplementary account holders are combined together with the points earned by the Primary Account holder and transferred to the Club Sobeys Account opened in the name of the Primary Account holder.

Signing up your family members for additional Club Sobeys MasterCards is a quick way to earn points fast.

How can I apply for a Club Sobeys MasterCard?
A:
Unfortunately we are not processing applications at this time because of upcoming changes to the Club Sobeys MasterCard program. Applications for the Club Sobeys MasterCard will be available again this fall.

Do I need to present my Club Sobeys points card with my Club Sobeys MasterCard when making a purchase at Sobeys?
A:
Yes. In order to earn 2 points for $1, you must present both your Club Sobeys MasterCard with Club Sobeys points card when shopping at Sobeys stores.

Remember to use your Club Sobeys MasterCard outside Sobeys stores, and you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.

No. There is no annual fee for the Club Sobeys MasterCard.

How often do I receive my Club Sobeys MasterCard statement?
A:
You will receive a statement each month either by mail or electronically. Please note that if you opt for the online version of your statement by subscribing to e-statements, you will not receive the printed version. Of course, you can always select the mail version again.

Is my e-statement the same as my monthly printed statement?
A:
Yes, your e-statements will contain the same information as your printed statement. The advantage of e-statements is that you will receive them faster, they contain greater transaction detail and you can download them into Quicken® or other financial software to allow you to better manage your account.

What if I think there's a mistake shown on my statement?
A:
If there is a transaction on your monthly statement that you don't recognize or want to dispute simply sign in to your account online and complete a Dispute Charges request - or call us at
1-866-922-3751 within 30 days of the statement date and we will investigate on your behalf.
